"Amazing place to stay. Within walking distance to the old town, a lot of food and shopping street nearby. The two bedroom arrangement was perfect for my family of 6. The rooftop common area was a nice touch if you would feel crowded in the room, but the overall space felt very homey. You can also refill your own water bottle. "Perfect location for exploring the old quarter and daily walks around the lake, and also slightly quieter area for some much needed rest from the hustle and bustle. Staff could not have been more hospitable. Keeping us informed and thinking ahead and treating all guests as VIPs. We were allowed to use our VIP access hotels.com allowances which most hotels we have stayed in never recognise this. We had a great spa treatment - facial with tumeric at a reasonable price. We also enjoyed the rooftop bar and wish we had gone more as the cocktails were delicious! Breakfast buffet was varied and fresh both Vietnamese and Western options. Rooms and bed were very comfortable and spacious enough for 3 nights. Shower was great pressure and always got hot water. Only things we thought could be made better was the lighting. Shaving your face or doing your makeup on the bathroom mirror/ vanity mirror was very difficult! Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend to all. 5 stars!!"
