"Everything is very new. So, it was very clean but it still had that "fresh paint" smell a bit. While my room was very clear, and well stocked, it was a bit small for a Deluxe room. The staff were absolutely wonderful with excellent English skills."

I visited to celebrate a birthday, but the day came and went without any special acknowledgment from the hotel—no small gesture like a slice of cake or a card, which was a bit disappointing. "Very nice hotel with exceptional staff. Book here if you want a nice view of the city. Only problem with this hotel was the humidity in the rooms. Rooms feel muggy and could use a humidifier to clean the air. Outside of the air quality, my room and view was amazing and clean. I would stay here again if air quality/moister is fixed. "

"Bathroom area drainage wasn't good as it got flooded each time I bathed.
Owner wasn't really responsive and made multiple changes to the apartment I was supposed to stay. Right from the beginning, I have requested for the owner to share exact photos of the apartment one month before my stay. A week before my stay, I asked for the exact address and was given the info but this was again changed the day before my stay again.
I have indicated to the owner that cleaning will not be required for that week which the owner did acknowledged however cleaning was still done.
Communication has to be improved."
