"We arrived in the area of the property but through no fault of the owner we didn’t follow check in instructions correctly so we weren’t able to pin-point exactly where we were heading - definitely make sure you read the check in instructions so you aren’t walking around in Hanoi heat and humidity. Once we checked in we found a very well maintained property with everything required to enjoy our stay. The property itself was well maintained and in a building that was located in a very convenient area. It was good to be so close to a local shopping centre with a supermarket and other food places. Waited until my last day to inform me that they do not intend to refund me for double the charges.
