Communication was good with host. Apartment was clean and had a magnificent view (20th floor). Easy check in with code. Everything worked well and new appliances. The problem is that the apartment was NOT the one listed and nothing like on pictures. No night tables and no decoration. The worst part is that it was with a rooftop pool but the pool is closed for many years now. This part was very disappointing, the rest was good.

Hotel booking didn't exist

Unfortunately when we arrived at the hotel they said we didnt have a booking despite having paid in full and received confirmation from Hotels.com It took hours to find somewhere else to stay and it was very stressful.
