古いホテルでしたがリノベーションされていてお部屋は良かったですがルームキーが一つは不便でした。温泉も良かったですが雨で露天風呂は入れませんでした。浴衣が古いのか匂いが気になったのが残念です。

駐車場は広く停めやすい。館内も綺麗で清潔な印象でした。夕食、朝食とも個室の宴会場でゆっくり食事できました。食事も美味い。部屋は洋和室でしたがゆったり過ごせました。 部屋でコーヒーが飲みたかったのですが、お茶しかなく、近くにコンビニも無いのであらかじめ購入してくれば良かったと思いました。 喫煙所は館内に無く、宿の入口横に一ヶ所だけです。 土産物ショップが館内にありますが、小スペースです。 浴場は内風呂１つ、露天に五右衞門風呂と露天風呂１つです。男湯は露天に行くまで裸で外の廊下をだいぶ歩きます。最初はこの先に本当に露天風呂があるのか躊躇しました。 泉質がヌルヌルしているためか、足元が滑りやすいので注意を。私の嫁もコケてました。

非常に素晴らしい宿です。

施設は古いものの内装もきちんと改装してあり、なにより素晴らしかったのは部屋のみならず廊下等施設内全てきちんと清掃されていたことです。食事も大変おいしく大変満足しました。また是非伺いたいと思っております。

료칸 풍의 호텔이며 단체관광객이 주로 이용하는 곳인듯 합니다.

료칸으로 검색해서 예약했었는데 호텔에 가깝습니다. 호실 문에도 호테루 우키하라고 적혀있습니다. 호텔식이라 손님 한명, 한명에 대한 서비스는 보통입니다. 료칸 특유의 과한 친절이 부담되는 분은 괜찮겠으나 대접받고 싶은 분은 별로 일 듯 합니다. 오래된 곳이라 그런지 청결도가 낮습니다. 일본의 온천딸린 숙소는 보통 자연친화적인 곳이라 벌레는 대수롭지 않은데 대욕장의 헤어 드라이기 안에 먼지가 수북하더군요. 가열되어 터질까봐 사용못했습니다. 식사는 저렴한 가격에 딱맞게 차려집니다. 정식 료칸의 카이세키 코스 생각하시면 안됩니다. 양도 보통체격 기준으로 남성분에겐 부족하고 여성분에겐 약간 많은 듯 합니다. 스탭 중 돌아오는 날 송영서비스를 담당한 마르고 연세 있는 남성분이 좀 불쾌했습니다. 현재의 한일관계와 한국의 경제와 정치에 관심이 많은 분이었는데 '제가 듣기로는 한국의 역사는 다 틀렸고 일본의 역사가 맞다고 합니다. 서울대에 그런 책을 낸 교수가 있는데 베스트셀러 라면서요?' 라고 하더군요. 기분이 상해 표정을 굳혔더니 '기분나쁘게 했을지도 모르지만 맞다고 합니다' 라고 재차 강조하여 무서웠습니다. 개인의 생각을 말한 것이지만 관광업계에 서비스업으로 종사하는 분이 자국을 방문해 준 타국 관광객에게 해서는 안 될 말 이라고 생각합니다. 그 분을 제외하면 식당의 풍채 좋으신 남성분과 카운터의 여성분은 꺼리낌 없이 이 곳을 이용해주셔서 감사하다며 오늘 하루는 어땠고 내일 일정은 어떻게 되시냐며 주변관광지 추천도 해주고 친절했습니다. 여주인분은 한국어를 배우는 중이라 감사하긴 했지만 처음 체크인 이후로는 만나지 못해 친절한 느낌은 받지 못하였습니다. 이 곳은 개인 관광객 보다는 일본인 단체관광객이나 한국인 단체관광객의 이용이 많았습니다. 만족스럽지도 불만족스럽지도 않지만 돌아오는 날의 경험으로 인해 재방문 의사는 없습니다.

疲れが癒える旅館

天ヶ瀬駅までの送迎が助かりました。 温泉♨️はとても気持ちよく清潔に保たれており、露天風呂も堪能させていただきました。 お土産の注文のお饅頭の黒蜜饅頭、とても美味しくいただきました。 一泊二食でお風呂も堪能し、長旅の疲れが癒えました。来年のお墓詣りの際も利用させていただきます。

員工服務殷勤有禮，每天打掃房間整齊，但設施較舊，溫泉一股，沒什麼景色，是次住宿兩晚一泊二食，食物較濃味，以致兩晚半夜也須酲來喝水，但每晚員工都早有預備放了一瓶冰水，正好解渴。性價比不高。

정말 깔끔하고 좋았습니다. 특히 석식은 정말 인상 깊네요. 온천의 경우에는 새벽 5시에 남녀탕이 바뀌는데, 두곳 중 하나가 괜찮은 곳이여서 (입구에서 좌측방향) 행여나 우측 방향만 이용하셨다면 다음날 좌측 온천도 이용해보시길 추천드립니다. 추가 타월은 유료이니 참고하세요.

食事の時の担当者の方の対応が好感が持て非常に良かった。 風呂と部屋のドライヤーの吹き出し口にホコリが溜まっていて、ショートして火花が出ます。危険です。 周辺にはコンビニもないので、必要ならあらかじめ購入してた方が良いかと。

좋은 머무름.

It was very satified staying. Mrs Junko and all of her staff was very kindy so we could stay there like a home. Also there was very nice enjoy take walk You can see the beautiful view and nice water fall along the street. Also you can get the beautiful view of the river when you will arrive the hotel. 상당히 만족한 머무름이었습니다. 노천탕도 적당한 크기로 좋았고, 주변 풍경도 좋았습니다. 준코상의 응대와 나머지 스태프들 또한 만족할만한 서비스를 제공하였습니다. 가격대비 좋은 료칸 경험이었습니다. 조금 내려가면 야간 노천탕이 강가에 있는데 깊은 시간 이용해 보세요. 색다른 경험입니다. 약사탕 등 몇 개의 탕이 있습니다.

昔からの施設のため見た目は古いですが、中はキレイです。 低料金なのに、ご飯がとても美味しかったですし、接客スタッフの方もとても感じが良かったです。浴室更衣室の冷房が故障していたみたいで、入浴後暑かったのが残念！

夕食は見た目も楽しめ、味も良く母親が下肢不自由でしたが、食事時椅子に座ってだったので本人も満足していただけました。お茶を催促したが、結局持って来て頂けなかった。部屋は、和洋だったので不自由はなかったです。風呂も温泉でたのしめましたが、シャワーの温度調節が出来ず大変熱いおもいをしました。

料理が美味しいです

以前に利用してこじんまりとしていながら料理も美味しかったので再度利用しました。お食事は相変わらずとても美味しかったです。本館は和風で良い感じなんですが今回新館でしたが廊下にタイルがはってあったりとちょっとちぐはぐ感ありました。周辺はコンビニもなく温泉街からすこし離れています。
