"Overall, I had a really excellent week's stay. A great room and balcony, well appointed furnishings and bathroom -- just as described. All the staff were friendly, helpful, and professional. The two hotel restaurants I visited, ZOH and Mar y Tierra, were very good and far better than other places where I ate. The hotel is downtown, sometimes a little noisy at night, as you would expect, but very bearable. In short, I was totally pleased with everything."

"The hotel offers a really great all-inclusive package. You really don’t need to come off the resort for anything other than site seeing.
They were entertainment each night and good food options.
However, they should be some upgrade to the elevator and better explanation as to what amenities require reservations.
Overall, great choice for a relaxing and all inclusive trip. "
