"Honestly, coming from a fellow Caribbean island where tourism is #1, I didn't get that warm welcome or felt like I was priority/mattered. The front desk staff seemed overwhelmed and very selective with who they served. Good quality Wi-Fi can make or break a vacation. Imagine watching television or having a call and the internet drops for over 10 mins. Just because the hotel offers continental breakfast, doesn't mean you just have to dump boil eggs at guest daily. I mean so many eggs were offered the breakfast area smelled raw. Location wise, the hotel is perfect. KFC, Subway, Grocery Store, Pizza and Ice-cream is all on one block. Taxi station is across the street and its directly in front of the Queen Emma Bridge as a highlight."

"I found the overall experience to be extremely disappointing from start to finish. What should have been a seamless stay turned into a series of ongoing inconveniences—from difficulties at check-in, to challenges securing restaurant reservations, to excessive delays even when attempting to obtain a simple drink, which is particularly concerning for an all-inclusive property. Additionally, much of the staff appeared unhelpful, and at times, outright discourteous and unaccommodating. This lack of hospitality significantly detracted from the experience. Most concerning, both my companion and I became ill with what appeared to be food poisoning during our stay, raising serious concerns about food safety and quality standards. Given the premium price point, I had anticipated a far higher level of service, organization, and overall guest care. Unfortunately, the experience fell well below expectations and did not reflect the value paid."

"We had a great stay. The deluxe room was nice, clean, and stylish. The location is a real highlight—right in the center of Punda, making it easy to explore the area on foot. There are many restaurants and bars in the surrounding streets.I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone wanting to stay in the heart of the city."

"The staff working the pool/bar area weren’t friendly at all. Asked for drinks and they stood around talking. Never brought them or apologized for not helping us. Multiple people had attitudes with us. You had to fetch everything on your own. Will likely stay at Krontiki next time because when we visited there the staff and host were amazing. "

"Very nice resort with private beach. Used the fitness center in the morning, had the breakfast buffet at the pen, and enjoyed laying out by the beach. "

"The pools and bars were nice, sometimes really slow. The main buffet was actually surprisingly good with a wide variety of foods. Wish the hours were a little more convenient, but it was ok. There are spots on the resort that could use some attention (missing tiles in the pool etc), but overall we had a great time. "
