"We had a really wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was always friendly and attentive, the rooms were kept very clean, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and enjoyable. The food had plenty of options for everyone, and the restaurants inside the resort were a nice extra touch. We especially enjoyed the beautiful beach and pool area. One small recommendation, make sure to bring some cash for tips because the housekeeping staff and hotel workers do an amazing job and truly appreciate it."

"Pools were great. cleaning crew were great. enjoyed the shows (silent party, retro dance and karaoke night) Food was sometimes bland and not fresh. Our toilet bowl had a leak at the bottom. Some staff were rude to us, cannot even apologize when they told us taxi/food is gonna arrive in x minutes but then end up arriving much later. "

"The beach and pool were amazing! Overall it was a clean and quiet stay. The staff was genuinely friendly and pleasant. The food was good, but not always consistent. I was unable to try the seafood restaurant because it was closed on rotation the night I went. The buffet was a bit chaotic and should be avoided if you wish to have a quiet dinner- breakfast was pleasant. The room itself was clean and big enough, however the shower left a lot to be desired. The shower head was in need of cleaning or repair because the water sprayed everywhere except where it should have. Not deal breakers, but good to know"
