Bilderna visade ett ljust, öppet och rymligt rum med stora fönster. När jag kom fram möttes jag i stället av ett mörkt rum som mer liknade ett förråd. Det fanns inget riktigt fönster, bara en liten ventilationsöppning. Rummet var mycket mindre än det jag hade betalat för och motsvarade inte alls beskrivningen....

"Skitiga kuddar och täcken, även om lakan var rena. Dammigt porslin. Det var nästan stopp i toaletten, vilket påtalades till städpersonal, som skulle rapportera det vidare. "Lovely place to stay, close the botanical gardens, which are free :) Good breakfast, nice rooftop pool. Room view was beautiful, and room was very nice. Had everything we would need. Parking is not on site, so you do have to park a few blocks away, and mine was free from booking on expedia, but otherwise there is a charge."
