"Convenience to the train and bus station was the best thing about this hotel. We had a few day trips planned, so that was key. The room itself was a bit dark, but very clean and had everything we needed, including a washer and a kitchenette. Don’t expect service in this hotel, there is none."

"Amazing location for Shirakawa Go but away from the crowds up in the mountains the staff are great, food amazing, rooms basic but spotless. The onsen are great and the free guided walk was perfect. The shuttle bus to Shirakawa Go is brilliant, we were able to choose our drop off and pick up times."
