Staff was very welcoming and inviting upon arrival, and the general ambiance in the lobby gave us a sense of relaxation immediately. Off-property Kaiseki dinner was a great experience, with amazing presentation of dishes and fantastic service. Onsen facilities were great, very clean with many amenities. Wonderful experience overall, thanks for making our first time in Hakone a memorable one!"
