"I'd appreciated more if charging point in the lounge had more security. Because of that I had to reduce activities that's a real shame. Except that I had an amazing experience there. Highly recommended."

"We stayed 2 nights to visit Ripon and the surrounding area. This hotel is FANTASTIC! . 5 mins walk from Ripon market square. Our stay could not have been better. The staff were really friendly but professional and the hotel decor is up to very high standard We had the amazing breakfast and ate there one evening and it was lovely and very reasonable food and wine prices. 10/10"

"Lovely place to stay. Was just the two of us. We would say 2nd bedroom is suitable for children rather than infants or adults, due to steep stairs, and layout of the room. Teenagers would love it I'd imagine. Only thing that let it down slightly was the small seating area outside. Just needs a little TLC. A quick sweep out would have helped. Other than that Masham and this property well worth visit, if maybe slightly over priced."
