"I loved staying at this iconic hotel. The room was great - I got a free upgrade - even though the bathroom setup was a little untraditional. Excellent bed. And what a view! Had the dinner buffet, which was sensational. Slovak comfort food! Breakfast was also good.
Did the fairly short walk around the lake next to the hotel, and the view across that towards the hotel and the Tatra Mountains behind was nothing short of epic. What a location!

"Wonderful hotel. Close to hiking trails, restaurants. Very accommodating. Walked out to meet taxi for us at 0430am on our departure and packed a breakfast for us to take with us. "
