The wellness centre surpassed our already high expectations. The newly refurbished rooms are great, well thought through. Food and drinks were top notch as well. But the amazing lake views are only from the the few top floors, if you are fortunate to get them. The staff were another positive surprise, very professinal both at the hotel and in the nearby Koliba Patria (this is not so common in Slovakia hence the praise!)

This Hotel is perfect for a cozy stay in the mountains. The spa is beautiful and there is plenty of restaurant around it. As a Vegan the hotel could have some more vegan options at breakfast but all in all I was able to have enough food with fruits and toast. I am sure the kitchen would have made something for me if I had asked. We will come back for sure! Surrounded by mountains and activities at the lake it is a perfect place to stay for a couple of days or more

Amazing hotel with atmosphere!

Staying in the mountains Slovakia was a real treat especially since the village my mother grew up and was just 10 miles away. We enjoyed every moment in the hotel was perfect. The breakfast was very good, and it was nice to sit and have a drink in the evening.

The room was very modern with an amazing view of the lake. The Wellness Spa was incredible!!! It was the perfect end to our hiking days. The breakfast was delicious with a wide range of choices. The coffee machine made my coffee perfect every morning to begin my day. The hotel was within walking distance to all the hikes we didn’t have to drive anywhere.
The hike to the beautiful Skok Waterfall is definitely worth it!!!

Very nice stay

Excellent location, nice renovated rooms, good wellness inside with all necessary facilities and absolutly great new outside wellness dedicated only to adults. Big plus for the free of charge parking place. Breakfast could be better however on the good slovakian level. I fully reccomend.

Triangle shaped luxury in an epic location

I loved staying at this iconic hotel. The room was great - I got a free upgrade - even though the bathroom setup was a little untraditional. Excellent bed. And what a view! Had the dinner buffet, which was sensational. Slovak comfort food! Breakfast was also good. Did the fairly short walk around the lake next to the hotel, and the view across that towards the hotel and the Tatra Mountains behind was nothing short of epic. What a location! Tried to think of something negative, but not even the price was too bad - but then I am used to Norwegian prices, I suppose.... So all in all, great stay! Hope to come back soon.

Lake View

We loved that the hotel was on the lake! We had a cute balcony overlooking the lake which we opened at night to get air circulation into the room. Room is ok, bathroom ok, and room was clean. Breakfast has lots of variety and parking was free. Only word of caution is be careful if paying cash as we had a server at the outdoor restaurant not give us the correct change and pretended not to understand- I guess he thought he deserved a big tip..oh well! Apart from that, it was a great stay in a beautiful location.
