"I stayed here 2 weekends ago and had a very disappointing experience. After checking in, we went out for dinner and returned around 10:00 PM only to find there was no running water in the room. The front desk said the water would be off until 5:00 AM and that bottled water would be brought up right away. After waiting 30 minutes, I called again and was told someone was on the way. Another 30 minutes passed (now midnight) and nothing arrived, so we went to bed assuming it would be left outside the door. The next morning at 7:00 AM, there was still no bottled water and no running water. I called again and was told water would be back on shortly. Since we had to leave just after 8:00 AM, we waited hoping to shower. The water finally turned on around 7:40 AM, but it was freezing cold and never warmed up, forcing us to leave without showering, which is unacceptable from a basic hygiene standpoint. When checking out, I explained everything and was told I’d be refunded $20 for parking as compensation. That credit never appeared. I called days later and was told it would be fixed — it’s now almost two weeks later, I still haven’t received the refund, and the hotel no longer answers the phone. While maintenance issues can happen, the lack of communication, follow through, and resolution was extremely frustrating. Unfortunately, I would not stay here again or recommend this hotel."

"Breakfast was very good, lots of selections and the staff was excellent. The property is very clean and well maintained. Our only issue was the room was very small, not a comfortable chair to sit on. Maybe it was since we were in a wheelchair assessable room, not requested, the washroom was quite large but without a vanity so we weren’t able to put our toiletries out for easy access for our 3 nights."

"Clean room , clean hotel , friendly staff .breakfast was on the cold side , travel back and forth to train gets costly ( I thought it was free shuttle) not just day your flight comes and leaves . Snacks are stupid expensive at the hotel , i understand its a Hotel but come on $10 bucks for big bag of chips is robbery , nothing is within walking distance . The train getting to union station is a plus . Overall not bad but probably wouldn't stay again"

"I did not get to stay at this hotel. At check in they insisted on copying my ID, which I objected to. They subsequently cancelled my reservation. A hotel can check my ID at check in but copying it is unnecessary"

"Vida - very warm server in the restaurant She is a person that serves with a joyful outlook One of the best person to meet. Housekeeper - I didn’t get her name, very pleasant and warm. Wish I got her name. Concierge- Jin I think is his name because he saw our baggages and offer we need transportation It’s the level of service - nice if they got an employee of the month award and bonus! I would hire people like them if I have a hotel."
