"China (Cheena) looked after us so well. She did everything, cooking , cleaning, driving us to ski resort. Our train was cancelled and they came to pick us up at Bandai Altima at a cost which was terrific. There actually is a bus from Koriyama to the Ski Resort however the bus station seemed unable to tell us that. It would have been good information from Reitopia also. "Due to the weather (snowing 🌨️ ), I could not explore the nearby places but I really enjoyed staying and relaxing this place. Hot springs were amazing! And wonderful diner and breakfast!! I ate too much on the trip prior to this place and problem finishing my plates😭 I wanted to eat them all since looked and tasted superior… just my stomach could not take them. "Partner and I shared a room - quite a small space, but totally comfortable for a couple nights! Everything was very clean and tidy, and staff were very friendly. There was a smart TV in the room, and good wifi. They make a good effort for eco-friendliness too! It’s literally a 1-2 minute walk to Aizuwakamatsu Station, and there are plenty of places to eat in the vicinity. They also offer a complimentary breakfast buffet which is lovely! "
