Partner and I shared a room - quite a small space, but totally comfortable for a couple nights! Everything was very clean and tidy, and staff were very friendly. There was a smart TV in the room, and good wifi. They make a good effort for eco-friendliness too! It’s literally a 1-2 minute walk to Aizuwakamatsu Station, and there are plenty of places to eat in the vicinity. They also offer a complimentary breakfast buffet which is lovely!

We thought that the location was great. Right across the station. Walking distance to some restaurants and shops. The daily Japanese breakfast was delicious and convenient. Would definitely stay here if we decide to come back to Aizuwakamatsu again.

The staff were amazing and the room was comfortable. Not having easy access to stairs (only one elevator) and the parking lot where you have to wait to get your car back can be a little annoying, but these were small issues overall. I would stay here again.

What's good: -very close to the train station -free breakfast (Japanese style) -rooms are spotless -reception staff can speak English -laundry facilities (with washing line in bathroom) -good range of shops and izakayas in the immediate vicinity What could be better: -walls are very thin! I swear I heard someone in the next room doing their Duolingo lesson. My room was next to the lift and I could hear the mechanism all night. Ear plugs are a necessity -very little obvious clothes storage, but with creative use of shelves and desk you can unpack a large case -only one lift for a 10 storey hotel, which can create a lot of waiting

The room's soundproofing is awful—I could hear people snoring next door at night, let alone their conversations. The staff gave us a small notice about breakfast and amenities, but the information was outdated. When I asked them about it, they simply said,'今はもうないです'.
