朝夕ともビュフェでしたが、品数が多く子供はよろこんでいました。大人も満足できます。 露天風呂は改装して間もないのか綺麗で、少し高台にホテルがあるので眺望もまずまずでした。コスパ的には十分満足です。

この界隈のホテルを歩いて見てみたが文句なくNo１． スタッフのホスピタリティはもちろんのこと、ロビーの綺麗さ・おみやげ屋さんの豊富な品揃え・バイキングの料理の多さ・美味しさ、露天風呂とタワー棟から市街の眺め、どれをとっても最高の体験が出来ました。ホテルはケチらないほうがいいなと実感した旅でした。

部屋は綺麗で清潔です。部屋からの景観もよく気持ちよく過ごせました。 食事も充分満足できました。 お風呂に向かうアプローチもいい雰囲気で、お風呂もとても良かった。 まだ和室しか空いてなくて、布団に寝ることに慣れていなくて何度か目が覚めました。 今度はベッドの部屋に泊まりたいです

大人3人小学生2人でお世話になりました。ビュッフェは品揃えも多く、朝夕共に大満足でした。お風呂は期待し過ぎてしまい少し想像と違いましたが、夜はドリンクやアイスキャンディーのサービスがあり、ありがたかったです。また機会があったらお世話になりたいです。

酒店翻新過，房間開揚舒服。酒店有提供接駁巴士到JR站。另外會津巴士附近也有站，尚算方便。早晚餐都是自己餐，正常。溫泉很舒服。預訂價錢不貴，CP值高。

吃好住好

預定一泊二食 飯店建築感覺已有年紀 但是房間內算很用心打掃過 澡堂男女湯好像每天都會互換 算是可以看不同景色 所以建議早晚都要去泡湯 早午餐都是吃buffet 餐點真的有經驗到我 晚餐還有看到蟹腳 缺點的話則是房間內浴室廁所偏小

我喜歡： -酒店的房間很大, 很整潔, 空調很涼快 -酒店的內裝很美觀很講究 -房間的市景觀非常美 -兩個露天風呂非常大,非常有特色 -酒店內的商店很大, 很多商品出售 -酒店附設很多免費車位 -酒店距離市中心還不太遠 不喜歡： -酒店正門外有樓梯, 搬運行李相當不方便, 還好的就是服務員會協助搬運 -酒店的自助早餐及晚餐, 味道及款式還可以, 但不算得高水準

会津若松駅で送迎バスを予約していましたが電車の運休で会津若松駅まで行けず西若松駅止まりでした。 西若松駅でバスも運休、タクシーも乗れず送迎バスをキャンセルし雪道を徒歩でホテル迄行きました。 ホテルの方々が早朝５時に交通状況を把握していたのなら連絡してもらうか送迎バスを臨機応変に対応して頂けたら嬉しかったです。 子供の誕生日祝いでご利用させてもらい道中何事も無く無事ホテル迄着いたので良かったです。 ワンドリンクありがとうございました。

行き届いたサービスのホテル

外観は少し古い感じも受けましたが中に入るとロビーは広く明るくていい印象でした 受付も素早く全く問題ありません お部屋も広く清潔、真夏の暑い盛りに冷水のポットがあり良かったです アロマの出る空気清浄機、浴衣用の靴下など行き届いた心遣いを感じました 大浴場のアメニティも種類豊富で満足です 唯一フェイスタオルが一枚だったのでそれをお風呂で使うと朝顔洗うときにないのがちょっと困りました もう一枚あるといいと思いました 朝晩のバイキングも手の込んだお料理で満足です。 送迎バスの運転士さんやフロントの方バイキング会場のスタッフとどの方も全てきちんとした対応でホテル側のおもてなしの意気込みが感じられました 会津若松にいた時はまた利用しょうと思いました

部屋は2人で泊まるには広くゆっくり出来ました。温泉も最高でした。 食事面は、夕飯バイキングでしたが量的なものより質に不満、飲み放題を頼んだのですが、いちいちとカウンターまで取りに行くのが面倒でした。
