The staff was excellent and very helpful-top notch folks. But the hotel is in dire need of a remodel. The room felt old, with several outlets had damage on the faceplaces, making me wary about using them. The AC was very loud and rattled a lot, even on low settings. In the end it was a decent place to stay for a night, and the free breakfast was pretty good, but overall, it needs a lot of TLC

This was a nice place to stay. It was pretty quiet as around there, easy parking, and GREAT CUSTOMER service at check in!! The only issue was that the towels and wash clothes where stained and we was told a lot of the towels where stained. The house keeper was sweet as well! Look forward to returning (with my own towels ) lol

This is a decent hotel for the price. But, you get what you pay for - breakfast was very poor quality, floors in room were dirty, towels were small, some mold in the caulking around the bathtub, the room refrigerator froze our leftovers, AC wasn't working upon our arrival, etc. On the positive side, the beds were fairly comfortable.

The hotel was decent, good location, close to downtown hickory and not too far from boone. However, the night we check in a very unfriendly and quite rude woman was at the front desk. The hotel room was 8/10 on cleanliness and the breakfast in the morning was always good.

Good stay

We came to Hickory to visit family and chose this hotel as it in downtown. It’s close to everything bar, restaurant etc. Staff is friendly and helpful. We have little trouble with the sink but they came to fix it right the way. We will surely stay again next time
