We enjoyed our stay but on our last day/night no coffee or cups were provided for the next morning, and our bed was not made. Trash was collect and clean towels were provided. We enjoy a cup of coffee each morning but not this day. Thankfully there was coffee in the lobby

I would have given the facility 5 stars, however the indoor pool was not in service. The pool was the deciding factor in my making a reservation at this location. I wish there had been a notice online that it was not in service. There were other hotels in the vicinity I would have then chose for the location.

The hotel was located right next to the highway which made it easy to get off and get back on the road. The hotel is clean and spacious and the staff is kind as well. Parking was easy and there’s numerous access doors to get inside. The hotel is also located near a couple restaurants and shops!

Everyone - night associate, culinary attendants, servicemen, housekeeping, morning associate - greeted with smiles and light conversation. There were some healthier breakfast options, but the usuals were available. Rooms had been updated maybe in the last 5 years, but some parts were not completed. Doors in room needed a final coat of paint. They were primed. Floor in room needed vacuuming and bathroom needed sweeping. Towel bar and toilet paper holder was about to fall off the wall. I told front desk when we checked out and she noted repair order. Main entrance to building needed attention. Lobby drive way needed TLC. Concrete was breaking loose from previous surface. Staff was friendly and helpful. If I had to pay the original rate that was listed for the room, I would be extremely disappointed with the facility.
