"Staff were very helpful "

"The room and hotel was all fine. Quite basic but decent. Unfortunately the staff erred when checking me in and I was awoken at 12:30am by a couple walking into my room having been given the same room. To make matters worse, the reception staff then woke me again an hour later to try and apologise."

"The breakfast was OK and what you'd expect from a buffet breakfast. The room smelled musty upon arrival and there was a dead shield bug in my bed! The bed was, however, comfortable. It did the job for the night. The bar was very well stocked and reasonably priced"

"The main benefit is that its so close to the airport. After checking out its less than 5minutes to Terminal 2 No last minute panic over delays in getting to the airport on time."

"Room 119; a lot of noise from a constant water trickling sound and from the ventilation equipment on the roof outside the window. Starting to look a little bit shabby."

"Room was fine, was pleasantly surprised to find a hairdryer in the wardrobe. However I was disappointed to learn that breakfast is served from 7am, not 6am as advertised. This meant that I paid £12 for a breakfast I was unable to receive (i already had train tickets booked for 7am), and none of the front desk team were able to assist. I have since emailed and had no response, so it's unlikely I'll be returning considering they are willing to falsely advertise and not refund me for a service they were unable to provide."
