"Location & staff excellent. Room very comfortable and great views of mountains but unfortunately not quiet enough due to poor soundproofing and very squeaky floorboards. Breakfast good and bottle of endless bubbles a great bonus 👍"

"All staff was super friendly. Room spacious and with good amenities. Close to all main attractions by foot. Classic style and with good personality. They give a pass for public transportation which was a plus and saved us money. Breakfast not included, but there are so many great options in the city for a quick bite. We check out and went to the city for the day and they kept our luggage for free. Nice and quiet location. I recommend Hotel Royal Luzern to everyone. Just to mention that is uphill and if you come for the central station with luggage, you must be in great shape like me hahaha!!!!"

"The room was very clean and had great amenities. The breakfast was well stocked and the staff at this hotel was fantastic. As the hotel is near a bar/club, just ask for a quiet room away from to avoid the noise from the street if your window is open. "

"Room was incredible and hotel itself was very clean and friendly, pool is perfectly useable and just warm enough for a comfortable swim, location is also great. Our only issue with this hotel was the restaurants, prices were EXTREMELY high and portion sizes are laughable.. If you stay here I recommend using other restaurants nearby to make sure you are full without having to spend 200+ just to have a standard meal. Other than this it was a very pleasant stay."
