From start to finish, we loved our stay at this beautiful hotel. The staff were all so incredibly welcoming and helpful, and always had a pleasant greeting. Just a few minutes walk along the lake from the train station, as well as shopping and dining options in old Lucerne, we never required transportation. The hotel itself is elegant, and very picturesque. The rooms were clean, comfortable and very quiet. Highly recommend!

We have stayed in some pretty special places but the Grand National Hotel has been right at the top of them. The staff, especially Tim Oberli in the front office, was attentive and helpful. We would definitely recommend a stay here.
There is no better view to wake up to in the morning than at the Grand National Hotel in Lucerne.

Das Hotel war sehr schön und auch der Balkon war gross. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen, das Bad war gross und es hatte eine Dusche bd eine Badewanne. Der Pool war klein, aber gut und auf der Terrasse konnte man sich gut erholen mit Blick auf den See. Das Restaurant La Juliette war auch gut, haben gut gegessen. Wir würden wieder kommen.
