"A desk staff member was at the desk and friendly when he met us at our late check-in, breakfast was fresh and delicious. Only one complaint: the heater did not warm up at all, but we were too tired to make an issue of it. But the room was excellently clean!"
"The lady that was at the check in desk was AMAZING! Arrived and found an issue with the car, she helped with that as well as a plan b for getting to airport, parking and everything. THIS is my new Norfolk hotel"
"Room was spotless, staff very polite and efficient, from the valet to the front desk, the bartender and the cleaning staff. Everyone had a smile and a friendly demeanor. View from the room was gorgeous."
