Casa Del Mar
10/10 Excellent
"I loved having the beach right there in walking distance ."
"Cons.
Sketchy looking outside
Towels are thin and cheap
No much water pressure in shower or sink
Pros.
Looks sketchy outside but I promise it’s not. We felt very safe. Front desk guy was great. They have cameras all over for safety. Beds were comfy. There isn’t a heavy comforter but we didn’t get chilly at all. Room was very clean. We are very picky about where we stay. We usually stay in high class hotels. With that said I would come back here. It was right across the street from the pier. Give this place a chance you won’t be disappointed as along as you bring your own towels! "

2/10 Terrible
"Absolutely Horrible – Do Not Stay Here
This property should not be listed for rent. When we arrived, it looked abandoned—broken windows on the ground floor, no exterior lighting (very unsafe at night), and the key was difficult to retrieve from the lockbox. As soon as we entered, we were hit with a musty, stale odor that made the entire place feel like a haunted house.
The ground-floor bathroom door literally fell off the hinges when opened. That bathroom also flooded, making it unusable. There was mold, rotting wood, no soap or towels provided, and we had to buy our own sheets because the ones provided were questionable.
One of the beds on the first floor broke while we were there, and upon inspection, we found several loose screws clearly used to patch it together—a sign that this wasn’t the first time it had broken. The entire property is held together with quick fixes that eventually fall apart.
We also encountered bed bugs, a cockroach, and cracks throughout the unit. Overall, this property is in extremely poor condition, and I would never recommend it to anyone."
