When you arrive the Hotel the staff greet you with great respect. They are ready to help you. Very good size, clean and cozy room. Very comfortable bed. Whenever I come to Korea I stay here. "

"Rooms are dirty and they clean your rooms every 3 days. Ac and heating did not work and never fixed it or bother addressing it. No phone in room to call front desk. Staff not friendly. Only good thing is the location. "
