"Excellent location for everything like Lotte World, Department store, Lotte mall, mart, bus and subway station with good view( I booked room with lake view. Many excellent restaurants. When you arrive the Hotel the staff greet you with great respect. They are ready to help you. Very good size, clean and cozy room. Very comfortable bed. Whenever I come to Korea I stay here. "

"Rooms are dirty and they clean your rooms every 3 days. Ac and heating did not work and never fixed it or bother addressing it. No phone in room to call front desk. Staff not friendly. Only good thing is the location. "
