From the moment we arrived, the front office team welcomed us with warmth and professionalism. Molly, with her radiant smile and thoughtful gestures, made us feel instantly at home. Manager Hu, a graceful and attentive leader, ensured every detail of our experience was handled with empathy and precision.
Even the staff at the entrance played a meaningful role—helping us with our bags, offering gentle guidance, and greeting us with sincerity that lingered long after check-in. Their small acts of service felt like rituals of welcome.
Dining was another highlight. The second-floor restaurant team was incredibly friendly and patient, especially as we navigated language differences. They embraced our vegetarian preferences with care, always trying their best to accommodate us. And then came the late-night noodles—a quiet joy after a long day. Don’t miss them! A heartfelt thank you to the night chef, a gracious lady whose culinary warmth and gentle presence made those midnight bowls unforgettable.

"I have been travelling in China on business for many years and Jin Jiang Tower is definitely the best choice of stay in Shanghai for business and pleasure, the excellent location in the downtown area with easy excess to the famous landmarks and plenty of shopping & dining options nearby.
The staff is nice, courteous and helpful and room spacious, clean and tidy. Very comfortable stay in the center of Shanghai.
