"Great hotel, very modern. Breakfast is at a cafe around the corner. The laundry machines are on the ground floor and cost ten Euros per wash and another ten per dry! Steep. Also very busy with some kind of high school trip when I was there. No front desk so check-out and check-in are via a digital kiosk, very efficient. Staff were around to help out if you had questions or issues. I just thought the laundry was not very convenient, the breakfast could offer more options (e.g. fresh fruit, lattes) and I’d prefer not to have to go outside to get my first coffee of the day. "

"Room was nice it was clean but there was an electrical issue that meant the emergency loghting kept flashing on all night which was in fairness VERY bright should there have been an emergency - its likely you would need retena repair surgery after its guided you to your safety That being said they did offer to change rooms however for the last 6 hours of being there it seemed a tad pointless but sadly for a nice hotel it did let it down a little Its super central and worth booking with friendly staff Its not cheap so im disappointed they didnt offer something like a complimentary breakfast for the issues but as i say - not the end of the world, although it did seem like it when the light came on"

"Great location. The best staff I have ever had and i do travel a lot! Beds are a bit small and rooms too. It is very big and finding your room can be a challenge at first."

"The paid breakfast was pricy for the offerings. I wish the breakfast was included. The food tasted great though. Staff was very nice. The rooms were very contemporary. The location was also great and everything was easy to access within a 15-20 minute walk."

"Location is great, staff is super helpful. Rooms are large with tall ceilings. Lobby and halls are well maintained, rooms look like they experience high traffic. Would probably benefit from some maintenance overall and remediation. One thing i noticed was that whenever I turned a faucet on, it would smell like sewer in the bathroom. Also the elevator closest to the lobby almost always smelled like sewer in the days I spent here - could be a plumbing issue. Aside from that, they have a bar, restaurant and breakfast on site with everything else being walkable as well."

"You cannot beat this hotel for location. It is a short walk from the main station. It is connected to the mall and subway stations and it is in the heart of Helsinki! Personally, I loved their breakfast. The freshness and organic nature of the food was much appreciated. The staff were incredible and you couldn't ask for better. However, the rooms are kind of small, amenities lacking and just basic overall. "
