"Staff is super professional and kind! Both in the breakfast room as well as in the reception! Room was incredibly beautiful with a stunning view of Sultanahmet! The rooftop restaurant where the breakfast is served it’s breathtaking! The hotel is located near everything you need and very close to the Gran Bazar, Sultanahmet square where there is a Tramway stop that gives you the opportunity to get everywhere without any stress. I will recommend this hotel to everyone I know not only because of its location and beautiful features but because of its wonderful staff as well! Mirco "

"The rooms are spotless and the junior suit i booked had everything you could possibly need. From the full size hair dryer, ironing board and coffee machine down to fluffy bath robes. Staff where extremely accommodating . Good turkish breakfast with additions like pastries and omletes.the spa and gym are 1st class. I will definitely be stayimg again. Excellent location with good transport links to everything. Located in fatih there are plenty of affordable local restaurants much cheeper than taxim square. Well done dosso dossi 10/10 from .me."

"Service: We were upgraded to a new room at our request; we stayed in room 104 for 5 days. Daily cleaning. Cleanliness. No tobacco smell—the room is truly non-smoking. Safe. Windows overlook a shopping street—if you want peace and quiet, Istanbul is not for you. The port is nearby, and the terminal is across the street. The embankment is a long walk, a couple of hours. Breakfast includes cucumbers, tomatoes, 5 types of cheese, and drinking water. Coffee and tea are available all day. The reception staff are very welcoming—they speak English. We ordered a transfer, and they met and saw us off. A great 3*** hotel. Thank you."

Tüm sorularımı, isteklerimi ve ihtiyaçlarımı çok içten, iyi niyetli ve yeterli bir şekilde cevapladılar. Tüm çalışanlar için bunu kesinlikle söyleyebilirim. Her çalışan oldukça güler yüzlüydü sadece bir hanımefendi hariç. fakat kendisinin kötü bir muamele yaptığını görmedim sadece güler yüzlü değildi. Özellikle Kürşat Bey aşırı güler yüzlü ve içten bir şekilde işini yaptı. Eğer birisinin ödüllendirilmesi gerekiyorsa Kürşat Beydir. Otel temizliği iyiydi. Ben temizlik konusunda obsesif birisi olarak aşırı iyi ve kusur bulamazsınız diyemem fakat ben bile rahat bir şekilde konaklayabildim. Tüm Otel çalışanlarına her şey için teşekkür ederim I stayed for 6 nights and 7 days. Throughout my stay, all the staff provided very good service in every aspect. They responded to all my questions, requests, and needs in a sincere, kind, and professional manner. I can confidently say this for all staff members. Everyone was very friendly, with the exception of one female staff member; however, I did not experience any rude behavior from her—she simply was not as smiley as the others. I would especially like to highlight Mr. Kürşat, who performed his job with exceptional friendliness and genuine sincerity.
