"My stay was disappointing due to poor service. Housekeeping was non-existent—they gave us cleaning supplies instead of cleaning the room. They also charge extra for coffee refills, which felt unreasonable. The hammam only worked for one of the three days we were there. To make matters worse, I was double-charged and had to call five times, waiting over a week to get my money back. The reception was almost always empty, making it hard to address issues. "Wonderful lodge in a wonderful valley! Great service. Great breakfast. It is on a busy road, so road noise was an issue if the window was open, and warm enough that we wanted it open all night. I think the rooms on the south side of the property would be quieter. Not a lot of nearby dining options, so would be great if they reopen their beautiful restaurant."
