A fantastic luxury resort overall. Generally great service, except the restaurants which were serviced by junior staff who were uncoordinated. Expect to spend quite a bit to enjoy the full experience. May not be the best choice if you are away from the resort most of the time.

Breakfast and staff are fine. SPA is very average. Hotel and all services are overpriced. Restaurants and bars are extremely overpriced. Rooms are very clean and fine. Swimming pools outside were closed.

Lovely resort with excellent service in beautiful surroundings. The public spa is exceptional and the one for hotel guests more intimate and exclusive. We especially enjoyed Zollstube with Swiss specialties and its traditional ambiance. Thank you for a great stay.

The Grand Hotel Baz Ragaz is one of a kind. Worth every penny and then some. Markus Huber is the best concierge in the world. Go there. You will not be disappointed.

Memorable resort

Gorgeous hotel and location. Highly recommend to those who want to relax and be pampered. Professional service. I had the Swiss body treatment. Best treatment I have ever had and I have had many treatments all over the world. I had dinner at Memories located in the hotel. The cuisines and service were phenomenal. It truly was a memorable night.

Chambre dans la partie hof soit à côté de la partie principale, chambre ok quoique pas mon style, douche à pression très faible et isolation phonique de faible qualité, heureusement peu de monde à mon passage mais on peut suivre les conversations dans le corridor comme si la porte était ouverte, l’ascenseur de côté bien audible ou aussi entendre les gens tousser dans une chambre voisine… tout ça à 640.-/ la nuit mais il y a aussi un accès à la partie thermale incluse et à celle de la clinique à côté

Schönes Resort

Schönes Resort, gute Zimmer und Bett. Aussenpool leider sehr klein für die Grösse des Hotels und am Nachmittag war da eine Kinderparty die es unmöglich gemacht hat, die Zeit am Pool zu geniessen. Essen im Verve war sehr gut. Massage war auch top. Leider kein Frauen-Spa Bereich und Helena Bad leider im Moment geschlossen.
