"For £200 a night we expected everything to work. For example, there was a beautiful marble setting but the heating was not on and there was no clear way of controlling the temperature in the room which was in a cold downstairs location. Good hotel for an overnight stay
"The room was very very small but very clean. There was a small buffet breakfast available at extra cost which had a small range of options available. The checkin and breakfast staff were lovely, helpful and friendly. The hotel is directly opposite Lille Flanders station so perfect for those traveling. There are a number of restaurants within a couple of minutes of the hotel. "
