"I was extremely disappointed with the customer service. I asked for an iron 4 times and didn’t receive it. I had to stop a maid in the hallway to get one. I had booked a room with 2 double beds and was given one bed. I had my son with me and they charged me for having him. My room was not cleaned one of the days and my sign was not on the door. I was extremely disappointed with the experience. I will be frequently Kuwait and will not consider this hotel. "

"Had an amazing stay i would come again
The hotel is new and there is alot of restaurants in al bida so you arent limited to the hotel, the pool is on the roof though not in front of the beach, that pool on the beach is exclusive to a private gym member's not for hotel guest."

"The room was clean with nice view of the city and access to pool and gym. The service was also very courteous and prompt. Front desk staff was friendly. The breakfast buffet had lots of options. I would stay here again. "
