From the moment we walked into Four Seasons Kuwait to the moment we left, the entire experience was exceptional. The level of hospitality, attention to detail, and genuine care from the team made our stay truly special. A very special mention must go to Pammi, who was absolutely brilliant from the very beginning. She made sure our check-in was smooth, personally showed us to our room, and continued to check on us throughout our stay to make sure everything was perfect. Her warmth, professionalism, and genuine kindness made such a difference, and she was absolutely wonderful. We also want to thank Muhammad in the indoor pool and spa, who was fantastic and always attentive to everything we needed. His service and friendly manner really added to our experience. At the outdoor pool, Louis and Imran were incredible. They looked after us so well, anticipated our needs, and made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed throughout our time there. Their attentiveness and hospitality were second to none. What stood out most was that every member of the team made us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. Me and my wife went for our anniversary and honestly had such an amazing experience, the staff service/ the quality of the rooms/ facilities were just the best. It was lovely to see how helpful the staff always were. There was a slight issue with breakfast and put us off but the manager and chef came out immediately to apologise so was a nice touch. The spa and pool are just wow. Definitely recommend and will visit again soon

The Four Seasons has a reputation for a reason. It surpasses all expectations. My mom and I stayed here during our visit to Kuwait and couldn't have been treated any better. The staff made us feel like family. They also went out of their way for us including having a slice of birthday cake ready when we entered our room for the first time in celebration of my mother's birthday, as well as surprising is with another slice of cake during breakfast the next day, among many other moments. I highly recommend staying here.

What an incredible experience! I arrived around 3 a.m., and the team took me straight to my room — no delay at all. I was given an immediate upgrade, which I was so grateful for. The room was beautiful, and everyone I encountered throughout my stay was warm, helpful, and professional. The concierge team went above and beyond, helping me book a couple of tours with ease. I also requested a much later check-out — several hours beyond the usual — and not only did they accommodate me, they did so without any extra charge. That level of service really stood out. The pool team were amazing, as were the gym staff and the rooftop pool crew — all so attentive and friendly. But the biggest standout for me was the Lebanese restaurant, Li Beirut. Ronnie, who manages the restaurant, was exceptional. He checked in regularly, offered great recommendations, and made the dining experience truly memorable. The food was absolutely delicious. Overall, an outstanding stay. I’m so appreciative of the hospitality and attention to detail — Four Seasons Kuwait truly delivered a five-star experience in every sense.
