"The place was very nice and clean and directly across from beach near convenient access point. Parking was tight for a crossover SUV but we were able to park in larger space. The balcony is accessed through 2nd bedroom and very narrow space. "

This property is fantastic!! Communication with the host is easy and quick! House is stocked with everything you’d need and very clean! We stayed with our three small children and loved the property and roominess. Parking lot attached to property! This property is two streets from the beach and an easy 5 minute walk!

"The door code didn’t work - had to get a new one from them. None of the TVs worked. The phone didn’t work. There was broken glass on the floor in the living room and Main bedroom that 4/10 of us got in our feet and bled everywhere, And they made several fraudulent charges to my card. The parking tags were expired so they clearly have terrible room service. Two of the beds had stained up bedding. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere nicer."
"Charged me for damages that didn’t occur while vacationing there. I will never book with Hosteva again or the Ocean Pier condos. Word of advice book with someone else if you don’t want to be charged extra fees and prior damages that were there before check in."

"Would stay again at this property again. Parking is limited at hotel, but there is plenty of parking alloted for the hotel across the street. Enjoyed the breakfast buffet options available. Direct access to the beach was a plus. View from our deck was amazing. Really enjoyed the swimming pool after a morning at the beach. Also enjoyed the small lazy river pool. The tiki bar at the pool had good drink options. Overall the hotel was good. The hotel does need some upgrades and our bathroom was on the small side. Would definitely stay there again."
