Property is perfectly located and the beach is beautiful. I would have rated it higher, but the villa was very outdated. The laminated flooring was so damaged it was peeling up, and we couldn’t open the front door without calling maintenance. Several lights were also flickering throughout our stay.

We were there for a wedding and stayed in the villas. Would have definitely upgraded to a 2 bed villa. Location was great, we were right across from the venue. Shuttles ran regularly to take you to the main hotel for pool or beach. My only complaint and it's just a personal thing, is that they charged my daughter .77 cents for tap water at the pool. My second thing was being a coffee person, there was no kerig in this particular villa so we would go to check in. Last day they said there wasn't enough guests to make coffee. Steakhouse was great on premises .

The resort is beautiful! I loved being right on the beach, and all the pools being heated was a huge plus. Unfortunately, the check-in process was extremely frustrating, especially considering the cost of the stay. Early check-in isn’t allowed before 4 PM, and even after arriving early and waiting for hours, our two-bedroom villa still wasn’t ready. That really took away from the day.

We only stayed for one night in the Jasmine Tower, but the kids loved the pool amenities and beach area. If you have kids, I highly recommend staying in the tower as you are near the pool and will not need to take the shuttle. The condo was spacious and met our needs. My only feedback is that the sofa bed was broken and the mattress in need of replacement. There are no USB ports for charging, so bring your own.
