Birthday Getaway

The accommodations were beautiful, spacious and very clean. We couldn't use the pool and the piece above the dishwasher kept coming out. Stomping upstairs neighbors and all, it was a nice trip.

Great property! Poor management.

Property was nice and comfortable but the property management was less than acceptable. There was a family just above us that was up all night the first night we were there and we could hear everything that was going on. From TVs and radios blaring, children running and jumping and what sounded like furniture being rearranged. I called the # that I was provided 2 times and was told they would send security. At 4:00am, the noise was still going on and my friend called the #. She was told that they had already talked to us twice and she was only maintenance and couldn't do anything to help us. I called the next morning and I asked to be moved to another unit. I was told the GM would call me and I never heard a word from anyone. Luckily, the folks upstairs calmed down the next few nights but it was very disappointing that no once reached out to us.
