"I was pleasantly surprised. We got a suite super spacious for the family one block away from Central Kona. Only thing lacking was the the complementary breakfast. I would definitely return for the convenience of location and the price if you’re not looking for anything super fancy"

"I reserved a n oceanfront room and after traveling 6,000 miles we were put in a room with partial view of the ocean. This was very upsetting especially because I paid extra. We met two other people who had the same exact experience and they come annually. It would have been a perfect experience if the room was full oceanfront. We were told “ocean view” is not “oceanfront so I’d call several times to be sure."
