Perfect seaside escape.

Our stay at the Old town guest house was just lovely, comfortable room in a perfect location. Great breakfast and friendly service. We will certainly return.

This was a great place to stay. The hosts were lovely, the room was very comfortable, the breakfasts delicious and the location couldn't have been better.

Exceptional value for price, amazing choice for breakfast & everything very clean. Lots of eating places close by. I was aware when booking that there were stairs & although I coped ok, I would advise that for anyone disabled, even with a walking stick, that the staircase would be impossible. Otherwise a lovely stay & lovely manager.

Superb location and lovely b&b

Absolutely loved our stay. The breakfast is yammy, location perfect and host lovely and helpful. Room was nice and everything super clean. Absolutely would stay here again!

Wonderful stay

Fantastic place to stay. Room was spacious and comfortable and a wonderful breakfast too. Quiet at night even though it’s situated right in the thick of things.

A really nice stay

Nice two nights stay in a very good location. I especially loved the bathroom as it was spacious and with a view to the East Hill. The stairs are tricky if you have a large suitcase, but I got wonderful service and mine was taken down for me. There are a lot of restaurants to choose from within 500 m. The buses to the railway station run 200 m from the door so that’s also nice.

Tracy was very friendly and helpful. It was nice of her to honour our booking even though the website should not have allowed us to book for only a single night. The breakfast was excellent. The rooms look much nicer in person than in the photos. Very happy with our experience - would stay again

Old Town Love

The Old Town Guess House is a Fabulous place to stay. As the name suggests its in Hastings Old Town. We had a sea view ensuite room on the top floor which was absolutely lovely. Tracey the owner is a true star and cooks up a fantastic English breakfast with home mage rosti which is to die for... Will stay again and highly recommend. Not for those that cant do stairs though!

Lovely

Tracey is a lovely host very friendly and readily available if needed. Our room was small but comfy, with a fan. Everything was clean and homely. Breakfast was lovely . Had a fantastic view of cable car from our bathroom. Would defiantly stay again but the stairs were too challenging. But would highly recommend.

I had a very pleasant stay at the Old Town Guest House. Tracey the owner was very friendly, helpful and fun. I loved my room it was comfortable with great facilities. Breakfast was delicious and the dining room was pleasant to eat in. The guesthouse was in the best location close to all the action which I loved I will definitely stay there again it was excellent.
