"We had an amazing stay at Zenza. This is a great option for those looking for calmer stay in a Turtle Cove marina but in proximity to Grace Bay and just 15 minutes from Sappodila Bay (great sunset spot and calm water for kids). I recommend renting a car but note you drive on the left hand side and there are many roundabouts. Rooms are spacious, modern and clean with clean and include large patio. They offer coffee some fruits and pastries for breakfast. Few good restaurant options within 10 minutes walk as well. Parking at the property included. The front desk staff was very nice and helpful with reservations for excursions and went above and beyond when my son wasn’t feeling well on check out day and let us stay in the room longer. It made all the difference! Thank you Zenza team! Two beaches near the hotel. The Coconut beach is my favorite and Smith’s Reef for snorkeling. There are hotel loungers on the small beach, towels and umbrellas are also available at the hotel. We will definitely stay again when back in Provo! "

"Wingsong was fabulous! They were extremely accommodating when we needed to move our dates last minute. The front desk and Butler staff is 10/10. The resort is not too big which is nice bc never seems too busy even when they are fully booked. There are several dining options and the food is good. The beach is beautiful and the people are so nice. I would recommend getting a car bc taxi's around the island, to town and to restaurants are very expensive. "

"Spa and pools were nice. Each a different temperature. However, tiles need fixing or replacing including grout. Room not fully stocked with towels. Floor not mopped in a few days. Food was average except for one quiet restaurant which cooked food by our diet and awesome Chef came out to see if we liked everything twice. She was awesome. Head Chef was an incredible. You could meet and make dietary requests. Jerk chicken truck, beaches grounds awesome. I feel that it was lacking in value overall. "

"We had a wonderful first time vacation at this resort. The staff was so attentive and welcoming. The private beach is beautiful, uncrowded and peaceful. Our 2 bedroom cottage was very clean and comfortable and the resort is very quiet at night. The resort is close to everything, just a short drive away from restaurants and shops but feels like a secluded oasis. Thank you to the staff at Kokomo Botanical Resort for an amazing vacation! "

"This resort was exceptional. Staff was outstanding very warm, welcome cheerful great service accommodations was definitely outstanding by concierge Patrick and Bruce and housekeeping Maureen went above and beyond. Lobby desk was warm and attentive as well. Dinning was amazing infinity restaurant bar had great food and service. Great ambience great vibes great singing to help that suitable vibe. Breakfast at grill was on point good options and great service. Server Sonny was great, warm friendly, attentive and funny. Grace Bay Beach was great beautiful clear blue waters nice clean beach cabanas, chairs, drinks and umbrellas are available the free non motorized water sports for use were unavailable at times due to windy and wave conditions sometimes but the staff was professional. Adult Pool area layout could have been a little bigger and renovated. Yet overall due to exceptional service, food and property options this is well worth the stay highly recommend as we stayed at many 5 star resorts including the all inclusives in many places. Well done thanks for great time!"

"This appears to be a timeshare. Exterior well kept. Interior aged and outdated. Very few people there. Limited things to do nearby. One of two units no hot water. Shower heads in both units needed to be replaced; caked with debris and water not coming out. No telling if they had ever been replaced "

"The staff especially Suzanne offers an excellent warming welcome. The place is clean . Just be aware that the hotel is 5min drive to the beach . However, the hotel offers drop off and pick up from the beach . The kitchen is equipped with basic cooking tools. "

"We couldn’t really see beach from our room because room was on the first floor. Breakfast was just OK. Quality coffee could be much better. There are not enough tables if you’re coming around 9am and you have to wait in the line. There is no hand shower. Check out time is on 11am and there is no changing room and shower available for customers. "
