"Second time I stay at this hotel, the location is great, the hotel itself is great and the staff very attentive. I have saved it as a favorite when in the Phoenix area."

"The bath faucet didn't work and the shower barely did, also the water wasn’t hot. "

"Under renovation (which is a good thing). Room was nice and clean (although carpets are stained in hallways and in room...hope that new carpetting is in the renovation plan). I didn't use pool or hot tub, but looked really tempting! The biggest beef was breakfast or lack thereof. Waffles (standard to most hotels nowadays, but all they had beside that was toast and cold cereal (but I didn't see any milk). Coffee was out. I ended up going to Denny's. Bed comfortable. All in all, I guess you get what you pay for."
