Room was clean, maybe a little tired for example the seal on the shower needs replaced as water leaked a little bit no big deal at all. "Property is very close to Old Town, Hanoi. Easy walking distance to shopping, restaurants and local attractions. The apartment was bright, and had two huge outdoor balcony/terraces. It was very clean comfortable and had a nice, open kitchen. It was very easy to book the suite through the property manager, and she was available, and I was able to contact if there was any problems . Access was through a small coffee shop to an elevator directly to the suite. I would definitely stay again...

"Lovely stay! The staff were accommodating and very helpful! They upgraded our room free of charge! The room was very clean, the beds were comfortable! We were allowed to leave our luggage after checkout while waiting for our train! Highly recommend and would return!"
