Amid the chaos, the front desk attendant provided outstanding service that went above and beyond my expectations. Despite the heavy traffic of frustrated passengers, he remained calm and incredibly helpful. Not only did he assist in locating which terminal my bags were in, but he also guided me to a different terminal to catch an early morning flight. His level of competence was on par with the best ticket agents I've encountered, and his professionalism made all the difference during a stressful time. It's rare to experience such exceptional customer service, especially under challenging conditions, and I truly appreciated his efforts to make sure I was taken care of.
