Booked double queen room. Beds appeared to only be full size ? Mattresses need replaced support worn out on sides near center night stand. Room 217 floor has soft spots along one side of bed. Appears tried covering it up by putting sitting chair over the spots. Refrigerator was not cold. Set on 7 out of 8 scale. Turned it to full/ 8 cold setting to get it to feel cold.
