The bed was so comfortable and dressing gowns in the bedroom added to the luxuriousness of the hotel. I didn’t realise until talking to a member of staff that the hotel had been open for less than a week but that didn’t show at all."

"My poor experience with this booking started 5 minutes after booking it,where i received a confirmation email for booking followed by another email to say i have to pay 50 pounds extra for linen which was not mentioned in the booking, so ive contacted Expedia and they adviced that i should not pay and they will get in touch.
