"Clean"

"I like this hotel and always stay when in the area. I was given a larger room than normal, but it did smell of smoke. I was offered a room change, which I declined as I couldn't be bothered by this time to move. Housekeeping came up and sprayed the room and opened the windows. Room had 2 x double beds and behind lift area so was nice and quiet, could do with a towel rail near to the vanity unit. Staff always pleasant."

"Wonderful room with very comfortable beds. Lots of restaurants nearby and small shops. The staff were welcoming and made sure we had a perfect stay. Highly recommend staying here!"

"I've stayed here regularly for the last four years and I think standards have definitely slipped. My room's air conditioning was broken, I told reception on leaving for dinner and when I returned it was still broken with no acknowledgement from reception. The rooms are looking tatty, especially the bathrooms. There was no water in my fridge as there usually would be either. "

"Room is small, but for the price I paid it’s worth it. Not the most comfortable bed in the world but it gets the job done. Plenty of places to eat within walking distance. Short walk down the street to the metro. Nice neighborhood. "
