"We booked a hotel called Neece on Expedia over a month before our travel only to find out after looking for two hours of driving that the hotel closed down four years ago. This was the worst experience we have had with Expedia. They try to rebook us the week of Christmas in a hotel over a one hour away from where we were supposed to stay it was a nightmare experience I would not recommend Expedia with their quality of customer service. "We stayed in Pito Hotel of Hon Thom Island for 25-28dec. The hotel opened only for two months. All facilities were clean and new. It was great that we were offered free cable-car and free entry of Nature Park / Water Park every day. However, there was no store/restaurant open after 4pm. So we could only eat bread/cup-noodles for dinner. This is very ridiculous to visitors. The SunWorld should at least open one store and one restaurant near hotel area at evening time. There were only two staff...

"We fully enjoyed our few days at this hotel - the beach facing huts have all required facilities and are very clean and well maintained. The staff were attentive and keen to help. The beach and sea were lovely, and it was easy to get transport to various parts of the island to explore more widely. "
