"The check-in experience was very friendly and quick. Excellent staff. However, the hotel is looking worn and tired. Dirty couches, shredded chairs, damp smelling rooms, old towels, etc. Not worth the $175 per night that we paid. The outside grounds are beautiful and the neighborhood is upper middle class. It's once you step inside that you are disappointed. The pool is closed indefinitely which they don't tell you until after booking. On Saturday and Sunday the breakfast does not begin until 7:00am."

"Several breakfast items were over even though there was an hour left for breakfast to be over. Items: fruit, yogurts. Also, since this was a pet friendly hotel (we didn't have one) there was a slight "pet" odor on the floor. Staff was courteous and good. Parking was safe - well lit. "

"This property is very deceiving, though it is listed as a pet friendly hotel they will charge you for every single thing. The hotel was not clean. There were cockroaches in the hallway, mold in the bathroom and rust stains all over the tub. For a hotel in the Wyndham chain that we were paying over $200 a night for I expected far better. This was a very disappointing experience and is enough that I would never stay with this hotel chain again. I heard from other guests that they charge them fees if they try to check in more than an hour early. I can tell you from my experience and some of the other guests experience from this weekend and this hotel will turn your card key off at least two hours before your checkout time. For a hotel that charges you for everything it seems odd that they try and kick you out early and not even tell you until you cannot get back into the hotel or into your room. I strongly urge anyone that needs a hotel in this area to look for other accommodations as this experience was one of the worst hotel experiences I have had. "

"The staff at check in was very friendly. The hotel itself is dated and worn. There is nothing in the rooms- just the bare very bare minimum. Not even tissues. It was fairly clean but there was definitely a stale smell in the room that I had to spray Lysol to reduce. There is a kitchen with a full fridge- no pots pans dishes. No coffee pot…Not a cup or anything. Then at 5 am the building fire alarm went off- smoked filled the building and we were evacuated while the fire department checked where the smoke was coming from. There were no staff around for this- apparently the front desk closed at night and doesn’t open until 9 am. It was pet friendly from what I saw ( I have no pets) but that had its trade offs- another guest refused their stay after getting a room that was not in great shape after a long term resident with pets had occupied. And apparently the fire alarm thing had just happened about a week ago as well. I just packed up my stuff and left after those 5am alarm since sleep was out of the question after that. It is highly unlikely I would ever return to this hotel and I would not recommend unless you need a long term, bare minimum place to rent. But not for a weekend stay."
