"The best amenities I can say about this hotel is the bed. I agree with the others and I have to say the bed is comfortable. The pillows were mixed some were firm and some were soft. The channels were also pretty decent. The downsize was it did look outdated and it also had the tub clogged when you shower and drain system went down slow. We also saw a cockroach in our last night and that’s why I gave it a 3 star overall. The staff was amazing! Friendly and helpful. Also the remote control did not work for the bigger tv. This hotel needs major renovations in order to have customers want to come back. If you stay for one night maybe two it works as it’s 6-7 minute drive from the airport. But would consider elsewhere. "

"If I could give 0 stars I would. The room smelled like mildew. Upon further inspection, there were dirt, cobwebs and bugs along the walls. I could tell the room wasn’t properly cleaned because there were dog toys and a half eaten Oreo near the sofa. The sofa bed carriage was literally COVERED in mold and the mattress had so many stains. Complete inconvenience because there were no rooms available and I had to look for a room at another hotel. The good thing was I was able to get a full refund."

"We had a wonderful stay here! We stayed in a two bedroom w/ living room and kitchen. Super clean, nice amenities, and great location! Will definitely stay here again. "

"This property is very deceiving, though it is listed as a pet friendly hotel they will charge you for every single thing. The hotel was not clean. There were cockroaches in the hallway, mold in the bathroom and rust stains all over the tub. For a hotel in the Wyndham chain that we were paying over $200 a night for I expected far better. This was a very disappointing experience and is enough that I would never stay with this hotel chain again. I heard from other guests that they charge them fees if they try to check in more than an hour early. I can tell you from my experience and some of the other guests experience from this weekend and this hotel will turn your card key off at least two hours before your checkout time. For a hotel that charges you for everything it seems odd that they try and kick you out early and not even tell you until you cannot get back into the hotel or into your room. I strongly urge anyone that needs a hotel in this area to look for other accommodations as this experience was one of the worst hotel experiences I have had. "

"The room was pretty bare and not all that attractive. There was no place for two people to sit (only one office chair), so my husband and I ended up eating dinner and playing our board games just on the bed. The bed creaked whenever we moved. The breakfast had no low-carb options and very minimal options for protein, and the coffee tasted bad. While someone was using the toaster on the one “good” side of the toaster -while 4 more people waited in line to use the toaster- it caught on fire, yes, fire. My husband ended up putting the fire out and it took 5 people looking for the one staff member trying to do everything (breakfast, check out, etc) 2 minutes before he finally came in and checked out the situation. Yes, our room seemed relatively clean, and the overworked staff were friendly enough, but overall the property was unattractive and the breakfast was awful. "
